When should I reserve my charter?
Booking your yacht charter preferably 2–3 weeks in advance is advised, particularly in the busy season from May to September. For large business gatherings or personal festivities, securing your booking 4–6 weeks prior can lead to better availability and personalization time.
What is the procedure for bad weather conditions?
Our principal concern is your safety. Unfavourable weather as determined by our captain may result in the rescheduling of your charter to a new date or a complete reimbursement. We vigilantly monitor meteorological conditions and will reach out to you if dubious conditions are forecasted 24 hours ahead of your planned departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also provide first-rate catering options and are happy to tailor our menu offerings to suit your taste preferences. For safety, glassware is not permitted on the vessel.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with mobility challenges?

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations occurring 72 hours or more ahead of the departure time are fully refundable. For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure, you're entitled to a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip, the payment is non-refundable except in situations involving adverse weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
